IF you can't Barbeque with the big dogs, stay on the Porch !!!

Now, I'm gonna put this charcoal in a nice Geometrical shape, called a PILE......

I fired up the Cube Friday and cooked on it Saturday. I have to say that its got to be the best pit ive ever cooked on and the easiest smoker to use hands down. Fill it up with charcoal wood, water and meat and let it roll...... Cooked 8 hrs Saturday (two butts, brisket, and three slabs of baby backs), and never had to add charcoal to it, just wood (and very small pieces of wood at that). I could not be happier with the way this thing cooks or the way the product turned out. R&O has my vote hands down........CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THE CUBE OUT AT A COOKOFF !!!!
