Just a friendly FYI-I wanted to share my customer service experience with y'all to give credit where credit is due. I recently bought a GrillPro vertical smoker. There was an issue with a charcoal box. I contacted customer service. They were responsive and shipped me a new charcoal box free of charge. I was impressed with their turnaround time. From original contact to delivery of the new charcoal box was 4 business days. These days companies with sound customer service are few and far between so I just wanted to give GrillPro the props they deserve.
