Nice looking pit, so who's doing your add ons?

I have an ETSC and love it, I just live down the road from you in Azle if you ever need any help or suggestions just give me a shout. Or heck if you ever wanna just cook I am always up for that. We usually do some public events and you are more than welcome to come!

We will be at Cops For Kids in Fort Worth next weekend look for the ETSC with the logo plastered some where near by.

Do they use new propane tanks or salvage tanks? Hard to tell with new paint on everything.

I asked one of the local propane delivery guys if they sell tanks that aren't up to snuff legal wise. He says yes, but not to the general public. I told him the highest rank I ever had was a 1 LT and my last name isn't public but could I buy one anyway. Even told him what I had in mind for one. Long story short, no way would he sell one to me which leads me to believe that there is a commercial market for used tanks. Maybe he sells them as scrap metal. Either way I'm sure that he's comfy that there isn't any liability on his part should one blow up.

I plan
I plan on adding a cutting board to the front of the smoker,I couldn't see paying the 710 for them to do it, plus I wana do a little different style then they offered. I also will add a couple small things here and there. Yeah we will have to do some cooking and story swapping.

I would drop by the event this weekend and look you up but im still over seas in Iraq till mid April.

Very nice! How long did you have to wait for it to be made?
