orderd me a New SteelCraft Gravity feed smoker UPDATED PICS
Well today I got the green light from my wife to get my new SteelCraft Smoker. They are a company located in Rock Hill South Carolina. They make Gravity feed insulated charcoal cookers, like Stumps, or superior smokers. I have been looking into getting one for a while, sometimes firing up My beast to cook for just me and the wife is over kill. Plus it will be nice not having to baby sit the fire all day. I personally think they have taken the gravity feed to another level at Steelcraft. Will post pics as i get them throughout the build process. If you want to see some pics of previous model, check out there website. http://www.Steelcraftsmokers.com" target="_blank The owners name is Scott, make sure to tell him Brad from Bulls Tailgating sent ya.

Re: orderd me a New SteelCraft Gravity feed smoker
I think im about half way there till I get the call its ready. Now I am trying to decide if it would be more cost effective to have it shipped or pick it up. I live in Florida and its in Rock hill South Carolina. If its shipped i don't pay sales Tax, if i pick it up I have to. So trying to figure out the cost of me driving up and back plus sales tax compared to just having it shipped.

Well I picked her up this past Thursday from the freight company and let me tell you she is built like a Tank . I got her home and got her seasoned up and then had a comp this past weekend. I entered the backyard division and got 1st place in pork and 2nd in Ribs with her . I am super impressed with the quality of this cooker, thanks to Scott at http://www.Steelcraftsmokers.com" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank.

Here are the Butts I was cooking at the comp
