My New Big Hat BBQ Smoker

Postby swittner » Fri Apr 16, 2010 2:17 pm

Just got my new smoker - a Big Hat BBQ model BH1830.
This is an very well made smoker - can not wait to see what I can smoke in this pit.
I have run through the seasoning process - hope to smoke a Boston Butt this weekend - Using Konrad's method I learned a couple weekends ago at his class.

Unfortunatly did not have time this weekend to smoke the Boston Butt.
Hope to get it done one day this week - will take pic's and document the first run of the smoker!
