Do any of you have any knowledge or experience with a Bewley pit? I ran across one at a pretty good price but have never used one.

I know a pitmaster here in east texas that uses one in his restaurant and swears by it. He also has some if the best Q around here by far.

Okay, I really was waiting for some Texicans to chime in here.

Bewley designed the Olyer with Oyler and built them with him. Same basics as an Oyler, but most are fixed shelf models instead of rotisseries. Great pits. with less moving parts than the Oyler. They weigh a ton and last forever.
