Bought a Smokey Joe on the way to work today

Postby atcNick » Sat Aug 15, 2009 4:04 pm

Decided to stop at Walmart on the way into work today and bought a Weber Smokey Joe and a back of Royal Oak lump. We're gonna grill up some boneless chicken thighs for bbq chicken sandwiches and some Buschs Grillin beans. God I love this job!!!!

Yup, it worked out well....even though I forgot to bring a chimney with me to work. Used some paper towels sprayed with pam. I need to bring my weed torch!

It was just big enough to grill 6 boneless thighs and a link of sausage.
