where can I get/buy special items, like for example the spring thingys that some of you use for handles, and other stuff that you guys buy.

I got my stainless spring handles off of Ebay

If you don't need/want, stainless or chrome handles, a lot of folks use welding 'chipping' hammers and just cut of the head and use the spring handle.

Here are a couple of places that sell 'em... I'm pretty sure you can find better deals with a bit of searching.

Yes, I have seen the ebay springs, just thought pricy. Maybe its just my tight tail german heritage showing through.

I get them a the steel yard off telephone rd in South Houston they are inside with all the decorative metal stuff they have a few different sizes they are just the springs so you can put them on whatever you need.
