Mine is an Old Timer that belonged to my grandfather …It is at 20 yrs. Old…
I just rebuilt the fire box about 4 month ago….

Here are mine. I am cooking on my Gator now. But the train will be fired up in two weeks. Another 1000lbs of meat to cook.

We built this pit this year. Two smoker sections and a grill section.

Simon, The pit I cook on at the HLSR cook off is owned by Ritch, the owner of gator Pits....
Looks like everybody here has great cookers and the ideas on how and what to build never stop amazing me...
