Re: Whats everybody cook on?
Here are pics of my two trailered pits.
The 8' x 30" reverse flow (technically belongs to my father-in-law, but it stays with me)... Works great except in winds over 50mph...
Here is an old pic of my "Big Ugly" pit. It is presently at a friends welding shop having a trailer put under it... I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get it back...
I also cook on 2 UDSs and a WSM.

James, It is too bad you don't live closer, I would have a trailer under that in a day! Good looking smokers!

Refresh my memory... Where are you located? I am seriously considering just going over to the welders with a flat bed and dragging that pit home and getting somebody else to finish it...

Yeah, he's had it a good while. It's the husband of a friend who is working on it in his spare time (and for free), but I'd really like to get it done.

James what are you needing done to it? Let me know I may be able to work on some of the stuff myself.

Here's a few of the fleet.
The Spicewine..........Ole Blue
UDS's..........The Twins
Mini UDS and an SJP

There's a coupe other Weber Kettles, too many project builds ( still working on them ) and one gasser setting around.
