but just to notify me. Why are there "only" 2 shelfs in the horizontal chamber ?
Think it´s enough space to place 3 or 4 shelfs one upon the other in the horizontal chamber... ?
Any reason for this ?

Time. And I have not needed an extra shelf yet. i put three in the grill area, and just have not had the time to build more shelves yet. my last two cooks were large steak feeds so i had both sides grilling over charcoal. only had enough man power for two racks and was turning out 250 ribeyes an hour. thats from loading to unloading and keeping the fire right with a crew of three.
