Hat for WSM

Postby JamesB » Sat Apr 11, 2009 8:34 pm

Started raining about an hour after I put a Cook's half ham on the WSM to doublesmoke... Considered just taking it off the WSM and putting it in the oven and then I remembered that I have a couple of old kettle lids behind the shed... as long as the wind doesn't get too bad, it should work.

WSM hat.

Should have said that the WSM handle is all smoked now... Guess those adult beverages were adding up...

Hey James... I did the same thing yesterday. The 18" WSM was having a "hissy-fit". For the 22.5 WSM, I have the cover from my 30" dia, wok. Might be overkill but I know it works! :)

a hui hou,
