Cool work tables. It appears that when you swing them out, you no longer have a work shelf right on the pit? My personal preferences would be to rig it so that I did. Good looking pit.

I can certainly see the advantage to the swing out tables - I'd miss something right by the doors, too! It does seem a lot more versatile, though!

Does look very cool, good job. :D

I am big on bling, I might consider adding another shelf above those so that those could swing under it for storage, I can just never get enough room, maybe if I was to loose some weight I would not have that problem

keep up posted on the progress

thats a great idea. I like having a table right there on the pit as well.

i did it mainly tokeep from stacking stuff in front of the door and haveing to move stuff or forgetting and knocking stuff off, i still have 5' of fender and 16" of shelf close and ended up witha small gap to get a little closer. alwys thought it would be handy. they may be more trouble than they are worth but if they are i bet know something i can weld them solid to. no more room for another shelf. i must be getting close to being done  . the boss is getting ready for me to be done with this thing  .
