What are the specs?
Length, width, height?
Trailer eight / tongue weight?
Propane capacity?

I'm just dying to know. I'll never make something that size, but it's always nice to dream.

Great job!

Thanks for the compliment, i have a tendency to get in a hurry and just get stuff done. but my business partner who did alot of the big stuff on this project made me do it right. I just needed something that would cook with and he wanted it to look good also. and if it was left up to my own devices it would not not have looked as good as it does, but it would cook just as well.

25' long, 6' wide, 8.5' clearance
gross weight 6500 lbs, tongue weight 1000 lbs
100 gal propane tank for fuel
90 sq ft of total cooking area ( so far )
3 seperate cooking chambers
