Spicewine cookers!

Postby smokstaclightning » Mon Jan 12, 2009 9:28 pm

Hello to everyone; I am interested in spicewine cookers! There is not a lot of information on these cookers as well as photos. I am interested in one for large family cooks as well as social gatherings. I would like to hear other people opinions on how they cook. How does this style of cooker smoke food? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have done searchs and still come up with limited information.

Thanks again

Welcome, stop over to the Wanted Posters section and introduce yourself, where ya from, about you, and what you cook on now. :D

I've cooked on one for several years and love the way it cooks. :D

Not sure what info you are looking for, but..........

To get the best info on what's available and what you might want built. Because they will custom build and/or add options to their standard models. Give Jay a call at Spicewine Ironworks. He is great to deal with and knows what will and will not work.

Here's a link to their web site.........

SteerCrazy has a trailer mounted Spicewine. You might want to PM him. Here is his post when he got the cooker:
