I have been down due to neck surgery. My second this year.... But are welding artists have been quite busy. Choo Choo's BBQ is almost ready. :shock:

The train stack can function or be closed off. Two more stacks go in the rear not seen in photos.

This reason we did not go with the third shelf is because we wanted to add a few things to trick her out. But in the future we might add another shelf or some other extras. We still need to save some $$$$ for the paint. :lol:

We fired the smoker up it was 24 degrees today. It takes a long time to bring cold steel up to temp. :lol: Two hours later she was going pretty good. From the firebox to the front of the cooker, top and bottom we only had a 2-3 degree change. :shock:
