Say James,
After thinkin about the cook temp at 185, I dun some testin with other gauges. Seems that the new Bubba Q gauges im buyin run 25 degrees hotter than what they read. This is not a one time deal either, all the Bubba Q gauges i've purchased have read the same thing and turning out great Q. So with testing it against a 150.00 gauge, the actual cookin temp was 210 for a ten hr cook.
If,n it aint one thang, its anuther!
