Charlie Hall is peddling them at his store Glade and Hwy 121 in Colleywood. Think he has the two holers marked at 499.00 he also has some kewlish tractor seat stools for 150.00.

I appreciate everyones comments. Sorry JamesB but, this is a build-only-one-for-mysef build. I highly recommend this type. Got the oil up to 350 and throttled it back a little. I put a full basket of catfish and a full basket of frozen fries, and it never budged 1 degree. Used the liquid canola shortning from Sams.

Looks like you can use the burner from a RV hot water heater.

The burner is just the same adapter that you see on most every high pressure burner (jet). On one side of the adapter is the male flare that you screw the regulator hose on to. The other side of the adapter is a cap with a single hole drilled in it. In this setup on the fryer, the fire burns in the tubing and the exhaust comes out the back. Make up air comes from the rear and sides of the tube.

Thanks! I thought that you had some sort of burner pipe in there...
