I need to make an appology to the members of the forum, during the last few posts it may have sounded like I was comming across the wrong way, not intended. I may have made a comment towards OSD that may have offended him and Im sorry for the comment. Im not here to say I know everything or anything at all, sometimes I get argumentitive , so please dont ever take it the wrong way. My typing and experiences sometimes carry into one paragraph and I try to cram everything into one sentence, not intended. I'll try to be more explanatory and use more specificity in specific areas and subjects. Once again Im sorry to anyone I insulted and Im especially sorry for insulting in a demeaning the comment to OSD..................................Brent[DYBBQ]

By the way what is a USD??????Im missing something!!!!!!!!!!!

No problem, we all have our days. :D

UDS stands for Ugly Drum Smoker or some call them Upright Drum Smokers

Look at the top of the Pits page and there is a special sticky thread for and about building and using UDSs. :D :D

The cup holder will be designed specifically to hold appropriately nutritious grain beverages and yeah might need a jar holder there too......

Hey Down Yonder BBQ,

Just curious....I saw that you listed Katy, Tx as one of your locations. Would you by chance be supplying the Buc-ees gas station located on I10 on the way from Houston to San Antonio with your pits?
