New Stumps Clone

Postby Jet_deck » Mon Mar 17, 2008 1:50 pm

I wanted to share with you what i have been working on for a while and just finished. It is a Stumps clone, rotisserie version. Has 3 trays 14" x 30", and side access to a two tier bakers pan rack. The chute holds about 30# of lump charcoal. This is a set-it-and-forget-it dream.

I also sandblasted my logo in the stainless oven access door.

I was thinking the same thing. Action pics would be good, too. And of course we need samples, and . . .

Here's the action, it's kindly dark on the inside to look at but maybe with the sun at high noon, it will work.

Man we ask for pictures we get them!!!
Liked that picture of the fresh meat towards the top but don't understand the grading stamp Bigsomething BBC?
Like the Stumps clone. Wow it's even got a ferris wheel type thing to entertain the grub (and onlookers), "Good Q is Happy Q".
And on the side is an apparatus for making "coged beef"!!!!!
Great work JD ! No seriously Great work!!!
tarde venientibus ossa....
