Hi from across the pond, you guys had it tough alright, time well spent on your build. Great project that a lot of us are following. From an ex welder you are doing good. A grinder is your friend. :)

Thanks all..

Yeah, it has come out well.. something positive has come out of all the COVID lockdowns..

we’re planning on hosting a bbq in the new year with my mates and their kids.. throw together a full cook up, brisket, pork ribs, buffalo wings etc..

Now I have the smoker, can’t really say no! Ha

Hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas.. been a wild and crazy year..

I’ll start adding threads to the cook up forum.. this build is all but finished.. (well, once I paint the counterweight.. hahaha)
