I have enjoyed following your progress AG.AUS. Your cooker came out fantastic and from the looks of that cook it works mighty fine too. Nicely done Sir.

Thanks all..
Yeah, it has come out well.. something positive has come out of all the COVID lockdowns..
we’re planning on hosting a bbq in the new year with my mates and their kids.. throw together a full cook up, brisket, pork ribs, buffalo wings etc..
Now I have the smoker, can’t really say no! Ha
Hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas.. been a wild and crazy year..
I’ll start adding threads to the cook up forum.. this build is all but finished.. (well, once I paint the counterweight.. hahaha)
