Thanks! Just bought a bunch of meat to throw in it. I guess I better finish it up.

I started out just to season, then I thought might as well throw some burgers on...it was pretty hot, made me finish up the tuning plates today.OldUsedParts wrote::cheers:

That is a SWEET setup. Exactly what I want to build! What size drum did you use for the cook chamber?

Re: Where To Buy Smoke Stack Pipe?
Thanks, it works pretty good! 24 inch standard wall pipe - 3/8ths thick, 58 inches long. Got it from another welder at work, I think he got it from a local scrap yard. It's pretty corroded in spots, but it does the job for a first time build. I put a table on it last week:
k.a.m., we used the inkbird for the first time the other day, quite a bit of difference in the readings compared to the tel tru's in the doors. The meat came out a whole lot better, too.

Glad to here it buddy. Once you get accustomed to what the difference is between your Tel-Tru's and grate you will be able to look at them and know if you need to make an adjustment.

Table looks good, I see you changed up the handles as well.

Re: Where To Buy Smoke Stack Pipe?
I had to change them up for the table, but I made them too short, they get a tad warm. More modifications to come...GRailsback wrote:Table looks good, I see you changed up the handles as well.
