My smoker

Postby RollingSmokeBBQ » Tue Jul 31, 2018 4:27 pm

Here are some picture of my smoker i use. The smoker was built by East Texas Smoker Company and i added the top, stereo and flip down TV. My next project is to add a warming box and extending the length of the trailer. Enjoy

May i ask how often you use more than half the space to cook that requires such a large rig? I cook only once a year at HLSR WCBBQ that requires a large rig. But on a regular basis I love to bbq but I only feed my close family and friends for parties max maybe ~40lbs of meat and competition cooking.

Pinoy, I would say that I use the entire smoker once or twice a month. Just depends on what’s going on.
