Hello all,

I’m new to texasbbqforum and was looking for a little help. I currently have a cheap offset that I’ve been cooking on for around 7 years. Needless to say I’m ready to upgrade to a big boy pit. I’ve scoured the web for custom pit builders and always seem to find myself looking at the Shirley fabs. I’m just about ready to pull the trigger, however, I’d love to see one in person first. I live in Lubbock but do not mind traveling to DFW area, hill country, etc. If anyone has a shirley they wouldn’t mind me looking at I appreciate it.

You will not be sorry you went with one of Paul and Tyler's cookers.

I appreciate that Hotch. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it out for the bash. I’ll give you a call later to pick your brain. Thanks again!
