Throw the book at him Deputy Dats. Course a lot of deputies dont like writing tickets cuz it gets the voters sorta riled up. We might betta think this over a bit. :lol:

The charcoal basket will help. Also firebricks (or a thick steel plate) in the cook chamber will help keep temps stable.

Talk to Puff. He was having problems when he first got his and we rounded up a bunch of info for him.
