Trailer pit calculations/recommendations

Evening everybody. I'm knew to the forum but enjoying it already. I'm starting to build a large trailer pit with a 250gallon propane tank. I have done my calculations on feldons calculator and was wondering how accurate the recommendations are and accurate? Is there another similar site? Also does this forum have an app that can be downloaded to my phone?
