Lyfe tyme pit mods

Postby LAsmoker » Mon Aug 28, 2017 2:33 pm

Guys, I recently bought this pit and I need to know what mods should I do to it? I've included a couple pics of the cooking area. Any input is appreciated

I have never used an offset BUT I can say this with all certainty - - - "I would season that dude, fire it up and see what happens - - - THEN, I would worry about tweeking it" - - - Good Luck

Yes sir that's the first thing I did. Seasoned it for about 4 hours. At 250. Wish I would've done the biscuit test at that time. I guess we'll see after the first cook.
