36" diameter family farm build

My brother in law and I have been working on a pit at our family farm as a gift for my step dad's 60th birthday. The cooking chamber is 3/8" thick 36" diameter pipe that is 6' long. The firebox is 1/2" plate and 28"x28" if I remember correctly. We kept the build basic to save some cost, but mainly time. All in all I am excited how it turned out. We burned it out on Sunday and it drafted really well. I was a little worried about the smoke stack being too tall, but it seems to draft great. Can't wait to get a bunch of meat on it soon. I'm sure we will tinker with it over time and add things to it.

That's a great looking pit.
1/2 firebox is what I use also.
