I have been away for a while and unable to add much to the discussions. Finally got a chance to show off a few up grades I made to my pit. Looking forward to seeing what responses and comments come in.

Last try....Followed the instructions clicked on add file. waited while to accepted it. Hit submit. Hope it worked.

Front grill view. Added two sliding racks to the front as well.

Built a propane bottle holder with the circle cut from side table next to front grill door.

Finally figured it out.

The firebox door is on the opposite of the front grill. The inner firebox is built on a track so it completely adjustable. Pulls from the front door which doubles for the draft. Pull it forward for more direct grilling or further back to increase the heat for the smoker. Less then 10 degrees difference from front right corner to back left corner of front grill with firebox in rear position. Hope you like it.
