Finally Geting it

Postby TwoGuysBBQ » Thu Nov 19, 2015 9:26 pm

I am driving from San Antonio to Rhome, TX tomorrow morning to pick up my custom over and under designed smoker.
This booger has been ready for a couple of months now and work has kept me from picking it up. Well the time is here and I will be bringing it home to S/A on Saturday and tuning it on Sunday for a smoked Turkey on Thanksgiving. This unit was 14 months in design and final build. I am stoked on firing it up.

Well got back to San Antonio this afternoon and put the new smoker on the BBQ Patio.
Have a fire going and seasoning it for about three hours now. I absolutely feel like a new poppa.
