Welcome to the forum Ahumadora.
Changed your user name from the ring.
That is a nice little back yard offset I like it.

I am waiting a a client to give me a deposit on the big commercial smoker, then I will post pics of the build.
Kam, Ahumadora is Spanish for smoker, so I thought it would be more appropriate.
I have sold about 10 offset's so far. but it is still not really the culture here. Everyone is into their parilla's and not much else

Really cheap and easy to build. You should be able to source old truck rims and use some plate to fill in the wheel stud and hub holes. Also you can weld 2 rims together and make a cheap pot belly stove in the same way.
Gracias

I decided to smoke a few things while I was working yesterday. The Brisket turned out great even though I couldn't pay too much attention during the cook.
Really juicy, no BBQ sauce required, just mop up the juice.
