This pit was designed and built by Herman Mendoza thirty years ago, today I grill a choice brisket on it. This man
really was a fabricator of "air compressors" for the oil patch but wanted to stop smoking meat in the ground. So, he
designed and welded this 2 door stove pipe grill. It's nice size and can grill a piglet for sure!
