I plan to pick up another sheet of 1/4" plate this week to built the warming oven that will sit atop the fire box. It will be 24x24x36. Does anyone have any idea what kind of temps I can expect? I've seen a few that were built on non insulated boxes but I dont thing I've ever seen one built on an insulated FB. I plan to have a damper between the CC and the oven to allow a little smoke into it in case I want to do a "cold smoke" on some jerky. Hoping for temps somewhere around 150 ish. Any thoughs or suggestions would be appreciated.

With a damper between cc and warming box you should be fine.
