How do you attach the cut out to the base metal?
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Okay, last update. Final touches were added....

1. added bronze rivets around the door bands
2. painted trim pieces red
3. painted the draw latch gold

Been a fun project for my uncle and now he's satisfied. Just showing off the final result is all. Thanks all who commented, appreciate y'alls support!

That's awesome. How do you get the pirate laser cuts so shiny? Just buff and clear paint?

"Steve's gotta go drain the sea-monster. Bollocks!".

It already cooked well. The pirate theme was a "face lift" of the original, actually. So he had this bad boy fired up for a couple years prior to this mod.

No paint at all. It was laser cut from stainless steel and buffed to a mirror finish.
