Are the WSM jackets just around the straight sides or is the lid and bottom also insulated?
What is the general makeup of the covers? I see a heavy canvas with an internal fire and heat proof material. Obviously not Asbestos..

Wonder if the WSM is the same diameter as the Brinkmann or the old Cookin Cajun torpedos....I doubt it. That't be too convienient.

Hex, here is a link for the jacket.

http://secure.thebbqguru.com/ProductCar ... roduct=205

Remember, it should be used with the BBQGuru system. To avoid using the Guru you would have to put a hole in the top to let out the smoke and promote air flow into the WSM.

You could make a wind break to acheive almost the same thing.
