If money is an object

Postby Papa Tom » Fri Sep 14, 2007 2:25 pm

If money is important to you and you still want a nice ceramic cooker in the fashion of that super expensive Big Green Egg. I have come up with a solution that can be obtained for about half the cost. Below is a picture of the prototype.. Cooks nice and keeps the food good and moist.
One drawback I have noticed is that if you serve beer at the event you might want to watch it so that gusts don't confuse it's purpose.

When my parents remodeled their house, they got a new pot. I got their old one, hosed it out good then took it to my apartment. Then I filled the pot and tank with dirt and had a tomato plant in the pot and onions in the tank.

Should had seen the look that my girlfriend (now wife) had on her face when she saw it for the first time. wish that I would had gotten a few pics of it.

Kinda gives a new meaning to the phrase, "This stuff tastes like $#*%!"

I kinda wonder at the mind that looked at a toilet one day and thought, "Gee, I bet I could grill food on that."

Nah, I've seen pot planters before, especially when I was in school. In fact, a friend of ours is on a homeowner's association where he lives. They're having a battle right now because one guy out there has matching planters along his driveway.

Y'know, this tempts me to make a HD run, just to see the people's faces when I serve them a "johnny burger".
