I know, I know. It is very clean!! Just got it. Had been cooking on a POS "Cement-Ceramic" Kamado but sold it before all the tiles fell off and it crumbled into bits! :)

Before that I had an offset water smoker from JR Enterprises and before that I had a Weber Smoker.

Trust me....it will be dirty in no time. :lol:

Kingfisher went back to it's owner, this are the current starters. Weber Kettle and gasser (not shown) are 2nd on the depth chart
