I know, I know. It is very clean!! Just got it. Had been cooking on a POS "Cement-Ceramic" Kamado but sold it before all the tiles fell off and it crumbled into bits!
Before that I had an offset water smoker from JR Enterprises and before that I had a Weber Smoker.
Trust me....it will be dirty in no time.
