Who do we have?

Postby TX1911 » Thu May 31, 2018 1:56 pm

Thought it would be fun to see what teams we have represented here. Post up your team's name and where you primarily compete!

I'll start!

723 Smokers and we primarily compete at the Fort Bend County Fair, but anticipate increasing our participation in Houston area competitions this fall and next year.

The Dumb Ashes (yes, really) some friends and I put together four teams of 1-2 people at the Lee County event every year...all the team names end the same

Also a member of the Brisket Cases which does the HLSR event every year and a few smaller ones. I generally just drink for them :laughing7:

My Brother and I compete under "Those Two Guys" BBQ Team we mostly compete in the San Antonio area. Although we haven't competed together as a team in almost 2 years.
It's always one thing or another all about either not having the $ or not able to take time off of work. Although we have been doing a bit of catering under the same name.

My father-in-law and I make up Perk's Pit. Sometimes my wife joins us. We only do 2-3 comps per year in the Dallas area.
