(Renamed) "People's" Choice

Postby Rampking » Thu Sep 10, 2015 8:37 pm

Have any of you done a critics choice? Doing a cook off this month and it's the first time I've seen a critics choice. Would like to hear some of ya all's experiences.

Is this like a peoples choice? If so then yes basically you cook enough product to let the public sample your food then they vote on the best. Usually the promoter is selling tickets for this and the peoples choice folks where arm bands so you know they are a judge.
If it is truly a "Critics choice" then I would like to know their qualification to critique my food.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
