Dr. Smoke killed it at our area go texan With 42 teams. Finally got my ribs back on track. We ended up placing 1st chicken, 2nd ribs, 5th brisket and grand champion. We will be representing Washington County in the 2016 HLSR cookoff. It was a crazy weather cookoff but those pitmakers didn't care, they just kept on cooking.
