Never been to a steak cook off, but very interested now. The idea of a one day event and cheaper costs is great when you have little ones. What do most cooks use to cook on? Webers Kettles, gassers or kamados?

It runs the gambit from webbers to smokers to Santa Maria cookers. Head over to the SCA website and checkout the upcoming contests, they are a blast.
