Bad! 150/175 and the open 157/535
We got third to last pork butt. I like a jalapeño juice injection on my pork butt, apparently the judges don't. Brisket was done @11 so I took it off and left it on the table and it tightened back up. With 30 min it was already tight again. Just a while different food up there
