We love to compete. I am not real big on the salad that KCBS wants but I like the fact that their judging is more conforming with certified judges. Before competing I loved to walk around and see what everyone was using. I build cookers and know what it is like to put one together in your back yard so fancy flashy has never impressed me. To be honest the most impressing cooker I have seen to date was at the Fishing Fiesta in Freeport Tx. The Man was cooking his chicken over coals in a cast iron bath tub. That was freaking awesome. :D :D :D
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
