Been busy this week with safety classes and my boy's baseball. Here's a few pics from our comp in Huntsville this past weekend. We got 5th beans, 4th brisket and 10th overall out of 62 teams.

There was absolutely no tender quick involved in the cooking of that brisket :roll: :dont: Good looking grub Donk, you cook it all on the drum??
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

No comment on the TQ! I cooked the brisket on my offset. I cooked the butts, ribs and chicken on the drum.
