Judging by the pics of these two briskets, how do they look compared to the briskets you guys cook in competitions? I want to start entering contests someday. After the kid is out of the house and I have something I can stay in while I am there. I'm not a tent guy and my camper is at my deer lease.
Anyway, please be honest and let me know how brisket looks just by looking at the pics. Is there too much smoke ring? Too much bark?
Brisket 1
Brisket 2. Sorry only one pic
Thanks
Jeff

Thank you so much! I plan on attending a competition this year as a spectator to see how everything works and access my skills
