I also use a Cuisinart. It's the only one I've ever used so I can't compare it to a different one. It's good though.

I have used both the Cuisinart and my Mister twister saltwater piranha. They are pretty much the same but I prefer the Mister twister mainly because we salt water fish and the Cuisinart does not handle Redfish bones very well.
