I have quilified for the American Royal and this time I'm going. I just would like some info on trays and how to garnish, and any other advice my BBQ brothers can help me with.

I've never been.....I've also never had to do the lettuce in the box trick. I'm sure someone on here has some good advice though. Big Congrats to you guys for making the big show!!

Im going to cook the open side have my entry forum already in, came close to getting into the invitational missed getting GC by 5 points. Have 4 more trys to get my GC before the Royal.
