What do you normally cook for a cooks choice catagory? I've never done one before.....need some ideas

I've seen almost everything do well, but any type of shrimp seems to do well most.

I can tell you that bacon wrapped turtle won 1st at Humble Rodeo this past weekend out of 100 entries.

When I first tasted it I had no clue what meat was wrapped in bacon but it sure was good.

Was it a hamburger with hotdog arms bacon wrapped?

If you hunt or know someone who does, backstrap is always a good choice.
