This class was a huge asset to our team. I just wish they would stop offering it. Just kidding. Doug and Carol are great people and your paying for so much more than just the class. They continue to help and support our team to this day which is priceless.

Class is half full ! If your interested don't wait too long. At the cook off in Round Rock(85 teams) all of our students who were there received calls and some beat us ! We may be doing too good of a job teaching them.

We recently graduated from Ritters academy. Our first two 2012 comps landed us a 1st brisket at the COTY and 2nd ribs at Bad to the Bones. I'm with FR8train though. Shhh.. keep it a secret
